Key Features

  • Ultra-thick build (15/20 mm) for maximum load, impact, and point-load resistance.

  • Oil & chemical resistant surface for real workshop conditions.

  • Non-slip, low-glare finish that hides scuffs and keeps bays looking professional.

  • Large-format 1 m² tile = fewer seams and rapid coverage.

Benefits

  • Protects the slab from chips, cracks, and staining.

  • Minimal downtime — loose-lay install and immediate use.

  • Lower lifetime cost — replace only a tile if it’s damaged.

  • Clean, uniform look that upgrades any service bay or industrial zone.

Best-fit Applications

  • Mechanic/service bays (under lifts, jacks, stands)

  • Forklift lanes & pallet zones

  • Industrial work cells and impact areas

  • Heavy storage beneath racking and parts bins

Coverage guide

Area (m) × Area (m) = m² → Tiles needed = m² (add 5–10% for cuts/spares).
Example: 36.2 m² → order 38 tiles.

Installation (non-interlocking)

  • Prep: Sweep/vac and ensure the subfloor is dry, clean, and level.

  • Plan: Snap chalk lines; start from the center or a straight edge.

  • Lay: Loose-lay tiles tight to each other; trim at walls/columns.

  • Stabilise (recommended): Use perimeter double-sided tape or PU adhesive at entrances, turning circles, and ramps. Fit bevelled edges at doorways.

FAQs

  •  Do these tiles interlock?
No. They are square-edge, non-interlocking tiles designed for fast loose-lay installs.
  •  Will they move without adhesive?
In straight-through traffic they sit stable. For forklift turning areas, door thresholds, or slopes, use perimeter tape or PU adhesive to lock them down.
  • Which thickness should I choose?
15 mm suits most bays. Choose 20 mm for extreme point loads, frequent forklift turning, or high-impact zones.
