100% TT in advance, thus full payment is required before delivery is made. Goods will not
Delivered or released without full payment
All goods remain the property of Pvc Floor Tile (Pty) Ltd until fully paid for.
The quote excludes installation, adhesive, maintenance products other than specified in the quote, Proforma or Tax invoice.
For some colour PVC tiles, please allow a min of 5 working days for production. Most times we do have stock available.
Delivery dates can be confirmed once payment has been made.
Pvc Floor Tile will give you 1 year guarantee and 2 years warranty on the tiles.
We do require a deposit equivalent to the value of the materials on all Installation services
Production & Delivery Timeline
Some coloured tiles require a minimum of 5 working days for production (depending on availability).
Delivery dates are only confirmed once full payment is received.
Delivery is charged separately and based on distance unless otherwise agreed.

Installation Conditions
The installation area must be flat, rigid, and ready for flooring.
If the site is not ready on the scheduled date, a return installation fee will be charged.
Extra charges apply for:

Removal of carpets, furniture, or other obstructions.

Deliveries for under-ordered quantities.
Clients must order 10% extra material to account for off-cuts and waste.
Bulk Order Policy
We offer bulk pricing for large-scale commercial projects (e.g. warehouses, retail spaces).
Bulk purchases ensure consistent quality and significant cost savings.

Return Policy
Returns are accepted only upon receipt of the full consignment.
Partial returns are not eligible for refunds.
Refund Policy
Refunds may apply as follows:

Unused products:
90% refund, with 10% handling fee. -
Used products:
May be refunded at a rate per kilogram, if free from glue or paint. -
Defective products:
We replace items with manufacturing defects. However:-
Minor color variances and surface marks are common due to recycled content (especially in black tiles).

We do not cover transport, labour, delays, or project costs due to defects.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of confirmation.
Size and Colour Variations
Due to the injection moulding process, tile sizes and colours may vary slightly across batches.
External factors (e.g., temperature, humidity) may affect expansion/shrinkage over time.
Previously installed tiles may differ slightly from new ones, even from the same mould.
Manufacturing Marks
White moulding marks on tile centres or edges are normal in injection-moulded PVC tiles.
These are not defects and may be reduced using PVCocity Polish (not guaranteed).
Bright-coloured tiles (red, white, yellow) may have minor stains due to manufacturing and cannot be returned for this reason.
