At PVC Floor Tile (Pty) Ltd, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy return and exchange processes tailored to our flooring products, including rubber mats, interlocking tiles, and more.

 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

 Email us at sales@pvcfloortile.co.za with a clear explanation of the issue.

 Attach relevant photos and documents, especially if the product is damaged.

Return Process Based on Product Size

Return-policy

Small to Medium Items

  • Return to any of our partner stores nationwide with all packaging, manuals, and accessories.

  • Alternatively, request courier collection by emailing 4 clear photos (outer packaging and product) with your order number in the subject line.

Large Items (e.g., bulk rubber mats or tiles)

  • Email us with 4 photos and include your order number in the subject line.

  • We will assist in coordinating collection from your location.

Changed Your Mind?

You can return any unused item within 7 days of receiving it.

Items must be in original, sealed packaging and in resellable condition.

Return courier fees may apply.

All items will be inspected before a refund is processed.

 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please notify us immediately.

We’ll collect the item and once assessed, dispatch the correct one.

Remember to return any free gifts or bundled items included with your purchase.

Manufacturer Warranty Support

If your product fails after 6 months but is still under the manufacturer’s warranty:

We will submit it to the manufacturer for evaluation.

The manufacturer will determine whether to repair or replace the item.

Out-of-Warranty Repairs

Need repairs after your warranty has expired?

We will get a repair quote within 10 business days.

An assessment fee may apply.

The customer is responsible for all repair and transport costs outside warranty.

6-Month Warranty Coverage

Our rubber flooring products carry a 6-month warranty for manufacturing defects. If your product is found to be defective:

We will repair, replace, or refund the item based on assessment.

A technical inspection may be required.

Warranty Does Not Cover:

Lightning or power surge damage

Misuse or abuse

Improper use outside product intent

Ignoring instructions/manual

Accidental damage

Processing Time & Delivery Charges

Warranty-related repairs typically take no more than 21 days.

If delayed, we’ll offer a replacement or refund.

All delivery/return fees are paid upfront during order placement.

Cash on Delivery is not available.
