Shipping and Delivery Policy

We offer the following shipping options – you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout. Also, note that the radius of the delivery and the transit time. The transit time is an estimation of how long it will take for the order to be processed and dispatched, unless you are notified by with information from our sales consultants, because of shortage due to demand and supply. Our delivery with 30km radius and within Gauteng is based on a flat rate.

• 5km radius: Free | Transit time: 1 – 1 day
• 30km radius: R400 | Transit time: 1 – 2 days
• Gauteng: R500 | Transit time: 1 – 3 days
• National: Price is distance related| Transit time: 1 – 30 days

All orders placed before 12 PM Monday to Friday are processed the same day, and dispatched on the same day, if the delivery is within a 5km radius of our physical address. All orders placed after will be dispatched the next day, but it is important to consider the distance of the order made, and the quantity of the products ordered – this will impact when the order will be dispatched. All orders placed during the weekend will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email or text message with the contact details of our delivery and installation team. You will be able to track your package directly via a live location signal received on Whatsapp from our delivery team.
