No—walk-ins are welcome. For large projects, book ahead so we can prepare samples and a layout plan.

Can I buy and collect from the showroom?

Yes. If stock isn’t on site, we’ll arrange fast delivery from our warehouse to your address.

Do you offer installation?

Yes, we have vetted installers in major metros and can guide DIY installs for smaller projects.

Can I get product samples?

Absolutely. Ask in-store for samples of PVC tiles, vented tiles or rubber flooring to compare at home.

What are typical lead times?

Most items are in stock. Delivery in major cities is usually 1–3 working days; outlying areas 3–5.
